I'm pretty sure the Sony sensor used in the Pixel 3 and 4 does not support 4k60. This must be for the Pixel 5.

Whackcar, 13 Mar 2020The thing is, those features should've come at launch like ... moreJeez, it more like a car with broken entertainment system than outright selling one without tires.

Selling a car without tires would be Antenna-Gate/Bootlooping/Exploding-battery etc.

But i get where you're coming from. Really.

Anonymous, 12 Mar 20204k 60fps fixed with an update, brightness in sunlight fixed... moreThe thing is, those features should've come at launch like on most flagships. Users shouldn't have to wait for months for features that other brands have been offering since a while.

It's like selling a new car without tires, and then giving the tires after a few months as a giveaway.

FapPhone, 12 Mar 2020If it comes with no OIS then it's pointless.4K60 EIS footage is pretty good on some phones.
While Some phones have terrible stabilization at 4K60 even with OIS.

Big Android updates and Pixel-specific updates mean nothing if other OEMs release those features years before Google does, just like gestures and dark mode.

Anonymous, 12 Mar 20204k 60fps fixed with an update, brightness in sunlight fixed... moreUltra wide angle lens, which is a basic feature for every single flagship smartphone today. If Google could add that via software update, then I'll be considering Pixel phones to be good products.

Jesus christ, how embarrassing.. Google is just as arrogant as Apple.

Skip this one , too late

Google is so slow to implement changes that it's outright pathetic. Not only Google, but the whole of industry.
