Which is a confusing statement because you definitely can take perfectly sharp photos without any kind of OIS.
High ISO and image noise in low light situations are another issue.
Talking specifically about sharpness, you can snap perfectly sharp shots with an adequate shutter speed for your focal length.
In daylight your ISO goes to its minimum value anyway, so as I said, OIS is only useful in dark situations.

OIS and EIS are only useful in... moreyou ever heard that a small camera sensor produces more shadow noise if you increase shutter speed ? and also produce under expose image. to hide under expose image you have to increase ISO. And if you increase ISO the small camera sensor produces more noise. so only solution is OIS for sharper and low noise image. Got it ?
Note : - EIS is not helpful for slower shutter speed.
