Most likely a usable 8k24 fps is what they are talking about. Since they were the first to put it in their Phones - albeit at a laughable 8k15 manner.

Although it might be decent hardware, ZTE can't be trusted. Their phones are built with specific security holes that allow the Chinese government to spy on all calls, messages, and data. 2 independent apps verified that my Axon 7 had several security holes that ZTE claimed were patched.

Give us front-facing stereo speakers, headphone jack, 90Hz refresh rate, and at least 5,000 mAH battery while pricing it well (Axon 10 was actually DIRT cheap last year) and you've got a deal.

Looks like ZTE is still recycling old parts, without custom ROM support no android enthusiasts will buy their phones anyway.
