IRDK how bad and sad the people from 1720, 1820 and 1920 felt when they were hit with their own pandemic, atleast now we have more tech and capability to help resolve this issue quicker compared to before

Hopefully someone finds red (the camera giant) too, for abusing the patent process for stretching the patent to the domain of blanket patents, covering every manner of RAW compression, preventing anybody else form having compressed RAW on their cameras. This, despite their codec not being original and compressed RAW existing before Red came into the picture.
It can only happen in EU, since the US parent system isn't free from corruption and Corporate influences.

LolPhone, 17 Mar 2020Apple also needs to work out its plugs. Lol.
I also hope... moreClassic Apple deflection.
The reality is, Apple has more and much bigger fines incoming. Since will cost them exponentially more than this. Like antitrust in the streaming business, by using their 30% Apple Tax(tm) to subsidise free Apple Music and killing the competition. They're trying to do the same with video streaming.
Those two alone could cost Apple their whole wealth. And there is more.

Since 2012 Apple had made over $100B ... so this fine is too small.

[deleted post]I dunno why you're so upset. The virus will pass, eventually. Calm down.
As for gaming phones, I'd like to point out that these "gaming phones' cost less than Samsung & Apple's flagships. Take a look at the prices of Nubia 5G or BlackShark 3. They are significantly cheaper than mainstream brand flagships...

Apple also needs to work out its plugs. Lol.
I also hope Samsung gets fined later for chipset discriminination and slowing down of phones by increasing bloatware over OS generations.
Really, those two OEMs need to make Chinese brands grow. Xiaomi is on the right track recently with the Mi 9 and K20. So I hope Xiaomi can improve its sales.

Wow?! Apple faced with a 1.2 billion fine. That is pretty big... Apple is so corrupt here. What are they doing these days. It's like they are just so desperate to do anything for money these days. This is not the first time Apple has been fined or sued is it?
Anyway... We don't hear that much about gaming phone companies or decent flagship companies do we?
Not even Hauwei was sued...
