my phone is literally doing what it want to do opening and closing different apps and freezing i pre ordered my phone i need help asap

yeah good luck with that 108mp camera with useless tiny pixels. it's just become a burden to the processor. I never saw a good Samsung-made camera. Sony lenses are always better.
Samsung, pls stop the race of MP and the video resolution, pls stick with improving quality.

I've been fairly regular Galaxy fan, have purchased every one every year since S6 now on S20 Ultra. This is the worst handset made. Just read the GPS ISSUE, but ever since the March Update which was already on s20, my s10+ both crash eventide Wi-Fi changes!! Tried reporting this to Samsung by sending log files... this is now not workable product!! Unless never using Wi-Fi. Please help!

It is the battery drain on the S20!!! I have Huawei P20 normal edition and it is sorry far superior to the S20 regarding the battery life. I love Samsung, but with 4000maph this sould not be the issue.

They asked too much money for a device that has problems. They took advantage of the 2020 to charge more offering 2019 technology and that incomplete.
          Camera is bad.

S20 series priced very greedily and not for customers all over the world..... Samsung you Better dont release such handsets other than US and Europe.....

Got a UK version of the S20+, no problems with GPS at all. I get a fast lock on my location, most times the only time I don't is when there's a lot of metalwork or high buildings very nearby blocking the view of the satellites.

It would be prudent to point out that this seems to be (yet another) Snapdragon issue as the lucky users with Exynos processors aren't reporting this.

Samsung seems to just have failed at everything this year due to their own extreme corporate greed. They wanted to rush and push put out as many devices as possible to secure as many preorders as possible before people found out about the million of bugs and issues these phones have.. Terrible practice. Luckely we have many Youtube reviewers who caught Samsung in the act and punished them.

Samsungs S20 series sale has been terrible and luckely the Corona virus came along and hit them even harder. Hopefully their terrible sales will continue for many months to come so they can really feel how much they messed up this time. Maybe that will make them think twice about cheating costumers again.

Luckely Samsung is also extremely hard pressed by all the Chinese manufactures that release handsets with the same specs and better quality to a lower price.

uk7866, 18 Mar 2020I have no issue with GPS. Google maps works flawlessly. I d... moreWhat GSMArena failed to mention is that this seems to affect Snapdragon 865 models mostly, that’s what I read in other publications of this. Are you on Exynos?

I have no issue with GPS. Google maps works flawlessly. I don't use Waze..
