Reasons for this:
S10 is still capable and relevant today.
Chinese manufacturers are offering better and similar hardwares at much lesser price.
No major features to make people upgrade.
People who have the S10 or other flagships want to hold onto their phones for longer. Samsung should create a different brand to survive the Chinese onslaught.

I hope the Corvid-19 will hit them much harder financially. Samsung deserves to get beaten into the ground for all the lies and money scamming tactics they have employed recently.

Dear people, the S20 lineup is not worth it. Maybe the S30 will bring more to the table to justify the price. But until then phones from Sony, Xiaomi, Oneplus, Oppo, Huawei, Apple will be better this year with more identity. Thank you for reading and no need to reply. Have a Good Day!

According to article posted this afternoon by PA, shareholders are not satisfied with s20 series. They complain about lack of identity, no ANC for buds and Exynos in most markets.

Samsung should not have followed the pricing policy Apple used and over valued there phones,not everyone is well off nowdays,phone contracts last over 24 months in europe so switching to a new phone is not so easy,consumers are now buying sim only contracts and stay loyal as much as they can to the phone they have got use to using,some regulations needs bringing in to stop Apple Overpricing there phones,as if they get away with over pricing phones then the other companies just copy Apple,and now Samsung is learning from a big mistake they have made,plus unless Samsung do not improve in its software section,loads will be switching to phones they can afford,just seen the Motorola Edge and if cheaper than the S20 models ,Samsung will be in more problems with there sales

Failure is not becoz of COVID-19....it bcoz it's too expensive and Exynos chip is not what customers want...@$800 upward we expect at least topline Snapdragon 865 SoC....
This year Samsung will learn the hard way...

why is s20 ultra best selling it is almost no difference than the normal s20 or s20+ except the camera and if you want a bigger phone just wait for the note 20's to come out.
