      Not at all an Apple fanboy, but maybe,just maybe, this has more to do with Intel not being able to bring any innovation to the table, what with them being stuck on that ages old 14nm+++.... Process since Skylake eternity.

          Hopefully when Apple does the next update, they will remember to double the RAM to 16GB.

          16GB RAM, 256GB storage, is plenty for me.

            Apple should of upgraded the Intel CPU to 10th gen providing more cores and improved internal graphics.

                    LOL, I have 12Tb of HDD storage on my computer, and it is only after my loss of multiples HDDs and without counting my external backup drive !
