I like Huawei (don't have one though) but DAMN that's a ridiculously oversized punch hole. 2020 is quickly turning into the 'no thanks I'll skip this one' year.

that is a big oval hole that i hated since samsung s10+
why huawei ? that can just be punch hole or notch hole, motorized but not a oval hole is too big of obstacle hole lol

And, I know people like to think that nothing beats Huawei for cameras and phones, but I'd disagree. Poor video in normal speed, appalling in slow Mo. They used to use some awful smoothing effects, no idea if they'll keep those this time. Even so, their stills will likely beat Samsung given their poor camer software this year. Honestly, Google need to sort things out, they will never have a better opportunity to release a sellable device. With poor cameras from Samsung, and Huawei being neutered, Apple being sky high for prices, now is the time to release a flagship that plays to their strengths. Great cameras, and easy one for them. A great screen, and great battery (should actually be easy for any smartphone maker). Remove Soli, add a fingerprint sensor, boom! We have lift off. Module shape, doesn't matter, colour doesn't matter, just stick to what you can do.

The ugliness is real. At least they put a single tiny notch at the front. This a absolutely a no go design.

The pro version is UGLY, why that big black space for the dual camera?
And that rounded corners? :(
The P40 looks ok, better then the pro.

I thought only the most expensive, the most premium device will have dual front facing cameras. To me dual cameras, and a huge black dot on the screen looks as some dead pixels on the screen. It looks very bad. I am disappointed by this.
