The lowest tier model(6GB +128GB) only has LPDDR4x and UFS 3.0 instead of LPDDR 5 and UFS3.1. The starting model cost only 2999 yuan, while the next (8 +128) cost 3399yuan.
You can check the bottom, where T&C is located at, for the K30 Pro.

Due to the high price paid for the components, a base SD865 phone (8GB LPDDR5/128GB UFS3.1) is on average $150 higher than a based SD855 phone (4GB LPDDR4/ 64GB UFS2.1).
In Xiaomi's case, they have priced Mi 10 series too low, which leaves no space for Redmi K30 Pro series. Had Xiaomi priced Mi 10 Pro at $800, and Mi 10 at $700 (by including an additional telephoto camera), the current lineup of Redmi K30 Pro would have made perfect sense.

AnonD-731363, 23 Mar 2020Well no successor of Redmi 8 note pro thats weird. There will be a proper and superior successor to Redmi 8 Note Pro. Just wait for Xiaomi's formal announcement of the full lineup of Redmi Note 9 Series in April in China.

So the global versione will cost approximately 600$. I'm disappointed Xiaomi, this is not a flagship killer. NOT. STONKS.

I have a k20 pro and im very impressed, i will buy the newer one, i think this is the best buget flagship phone you can choose it.

Now there is no option, even places without 5G will get phones with the hardware.
