The screen is amazing, best on the market. Noone can top Samsung displays and probably never will.
The stereo speakers were amazing too. In short everything was amazing on the S20+, except the cameras (especially the full 64MP lense and the ultrawide lense) and the mid-range exynos-chip.

Camera:
The ultra wide lens has been reduced from 16MP on S10-series to 12MP on the S20 series and that is clearly visible in image quality. They don't look sharp and especially the edges are very blurry. Take a look at 11 Pro Max's 12 MP ultra wide shots and you will get an idea about it.

The 64MP telelens can also be used to take a full 64MP photo but the image quality even in very bright light was not good. I still think the Note 10+ (I had it last year) is better in terms of image quality.

The normal 12MP lens was okay but there's absolutely no visible difference in image quality compared to the S10-series.

The exynos-chip:
This chip is a very bad one. It performs like a mid-range chip. Please go see Mrwhostheboss' Youtube video on S20 ultra where he compares S20 ultra SD865 vs. S20 Ultra exynos version and you will clearly see the problem. For me the S20+ exynos phone lagged when moving files on SD cart and also in gaming it caused massive overheating problems in the game Arena of Valor making the game unplayable in periods of my time with the phone.

So my conclusion (and my own opinion) is that it's not worth paying so much money for the s20-series with the exynos chip. You get a highly inferior phone and performance with the exynos. It's a mid-range chip and it performs like one. They should lower the price by 200 dollars for the exynos versions of the S20 series because this chip is not a flagship chip - it belongs to mid-range phones like their A-series.

I'm done with Samsung until they stop scamming European customers and giving us a midrange chip but still charge us til same amount of money as the SD versions. Luckely more and more people are awakening to this problem now after youtubers have illuminated the problem.

theStick, 26 Mar 2020Dated cpu without WiFi 6 support and of course no Google se... moreKirin990 is the most up-to-date flagship SoC with integrated 5G modem. Qualcomm is still struggling to put a flagship SoC and 5G modem together, and unlikely to achieve that even in 2021.

Kirin990 is also the first flagship SoC that supports WiFi 6. Kirin990 is also the only SoC that supports WiFi 6 Plus, an enhanced version of WiFi 6, with up to 50% enhancement in bandwidth.

WiFi 6 is essentially a Huawei standard, since Huawei holds the largest critical patents of WiFi 6, and Huawei has chaired the committee where WiFi 6 standard is decided.

KebabSLO, 26 Mar 2020Seems like a good deal. Way better then s20 Ultra. I think pretty much every other flagship is better than the sh*tty, overpriced S20 Ultra. That device is probably the worst Samsung has ever made. The Note 10+ is better.

They make us fool once again through fake render. This device has an ugly uneven top & bottom bezel. The chin is almost double than what we saw on the render. And there is no curve in top & bottom portion.
