All that matters is the note 9 pro is not the successor against Note 8 pro. the Note 9 pro max, maybe.
HDR display, 500nits max brightness, better gaming chipset, base version 6gb ram etc prove RN8Pro to be better than RN9Pro. you might get smoother performance on the RN9Pro(exclude max) but RN8pro was better then than RN9pro now

Though my comparison holds up a lot better when comparing the 9 Pro to the 8 Pro. I will admit that the 9 Pro Max isn't worse in as many aspects as the 9 Pro. Though there shouldn't be any worse aspects in a newer model.

But I want to buy new mobile with Snapdragon processor as for better stability and custom rom. 33wt charger, better front camera. So I will choose note 9 pro max. Not liking big screen though. Still it's perfect mobile for me under 15k (Excluded screen size and heavy weight though). And note 8 pro 6 month old so. May be there are many people have thinking like me. Or they don't know about processer and want new mobile not 6 month old mobile. But yeah mediatek gt90t is more powerful than sd720g.

Oh my god these people have 0 clue. The Note 8 Pro is literally better than the Note 9 Pro Max.

Not sure about other country, but in Malaysia advance online sale, it costs RM699 which is around USD160 only, quite a bargain for new 8nm SD720 and 5000mah battery. I bought one for my parent, now waiting for delivery.

If you asked me, the only bragging rights for the Pro Max is the larger resolution for the main rear camera alongside the selfie camera and faster charging rate - that's all. To be brutally honest, the Pro is already more than good enough.

I've note 9 pro and sound output from earphones is very bad. No high quality sound from headphone jack. Camera also very bad even in broad daylight. Also hanging and switching off everyday. I want to return this phone but can not due to lockdown in India. Please save your money and do not buy either Redmi Note 9 Pro or 9 Pro Max. :( :( :(

sadly they are only selling the Pro version at international instead of Pro Max :/

Value for money = I'm cheap af and I want to get the lowest of the low without any consideration for QUALITY. In fact, I've never heard of this brand called quality. Is it expensive ? :))

This is tablet not phone, 6.67inch, 209gr, 165.5mm tall.

                                      If it was 6.5inch, 19:5:9, & 161mm, 190gr , i'm Gonna buy this.
And of course had nfc and 120hz touch sensing, dissapointed.

While the RN9PM is great value for money on their own, the Realme 6 series launch crushed the competition with the high refresh rate.
