Anonymous, 31 Mar 2020Lol who wants security on a watch its always on your wrist.... moreIt's for banking/payment apps. Better to have purchases protected by a fingerprint than allow any NFC transaction to go through automatically.

Apple, 29 Mar 2020I don't believe you anymore Apple, I bought your watch kno... moreECG needs approval from your country. Hardware is there, just not activated based on region. So blame your government first

I don't believe you anymore Apple, I bought your watch knowing that ECG will get activated in few months but now my Apple watch is two years already and the ECG feature is still nowhere to be seen in the Philippines.

Maybe if they'll make the crown bigger, but that comes with their own set of disadvantages.

I wonder why Samsung didn't think of it, in it's latest Galaxy watch? It already had a touch sensitive bezel, reserving a part of it for fingerprint authentication would've made sense.

Apple should lose the crown altogether and do a trackpad/touch id in place. I hate how it protrudes.

Fayth, 28 Mar 2020can't they put ID sensor where the back touch the wrist? I ... moreI like the idea, but that would be tricky. Hair, sweat, and the fact that the watch is potentially in several different positions on your wrist would be a lot to account for.

I am using a series 4 and no intentions to upgrade to 5 because of i don't see a valid reason. But this series 6 seems a better buy. Will see. Hope apple add some more useful features

Why wouldn't they put an UD Fingerprint scanner rather than in that tiny uncomfortable crown.
