if it is planning to come europe with the inferior exynos soc like the nefarious s20 series, hardpass. in this gen the performance gap between sp 865 and exynos is real deal and throttling issues are mind-boggling. we deserve snapdragon too.

Note10PlusIsBoss, 02 Apr 2020Note20 Ultra for me I'll be glad to have it.Note 20 itself is a bulky ugly Ultra and you want Note 20 Ultra. Guess you Need to buy a tablet instead of phone. :) Go look MS Surface pro and Apple ipads

I hope that Exynos Note 20 is either significantly cheaper than its Snapdragon counterpart, and/or both variants are offered in all markets.

It is daylight robbery/downright illegal to expect people to pay equivalent prices for SD and Exynos variants.

Alboooz, 02 Apr 2020Have you tryed the app CPU X v.1.26 bcz. I used this app to... moreThose apps are old, now most use kernel aduitor, ex kernel manager or franco kernel manager. But you need a custom kernel first. I used to oc my redmi note 3 from 1.8 to 2.1 ghz. There were slight increase in geekbench scores, but it was useless in gaming as the phone would just heat up and get too hot to hold.

This might also be a new Exynos SoC with ARM designed core inside.

Just inching along release after release in tiny incremental enhancements. No one seems to have the balls to make great strides forward, just trying to cream the market at massive margins with small incremental gains. Sadly, (price unseen) there is little to no interest.

Emeline Shaw, 02 Apr 2020Me too but sadly I think it's just a copy of the S20 Ultra ... moreHope it will be updated harware and fixed issue"s from s20, better built materials and no camera holes on screen, rather then under screen, the price under 1000€ of course.

They might enable 120 hz and full res at the same time and add some new S-pen gestures but other than that I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Oh yeah and the price tag will be astronomical and they will use their sh*tty midrange exynos chip again and still charge you the same price as the SD versions of the phone.

SP3r3 Leader, 02 Apr 2020Did you use any app?I think it was Z-Cpu or X-Cpu app i used to overclock and rooted the phone few years ago, but then was afraid i brick my phone and not used it anymore, but anyway the note edge is 2.7.Ghz fast more then enough, so i had no need for more speed.
Phone Cpu's clock frequency is variable, the maximum frequency it uses only when there is several apps activities active at the same time, otherwise the frequencyof falls down to between 166. And 333.Mhz, a typical app works at about 1.44.Ghz, so the phones doesn't use the the maximum frequency at all time.

Perhaps Samsung engineers over clocked CPU for cooling fame test, bcz. I used to overclock my galaxy note edge from 2.7.Ghz to 3.Ghz, it worked, but few apps crashed and power consumpion is higher.
