I do not see the need to use wireless charging hopefully 1 or 2 versions of the 3 releases do not have wireless charging so it is not so expensive.

But it doesn't match the performance. It exceeds it by at least twice the speed (comparing the third party 15W wireless charger on Samsung's website for $79.99USD and Apple offers a third party 7.5W charger for $39.99USD).

            expectation about wireless charger:
            - you can bring your phone anywhere that reaches the frequency like (2-5 meters) while its charging (wireless)

            reality:
put your phone in the dock

            - better to use a wired charger :X

OnePlus thinks it's Samsung or Apple lmao, pricing things that high

This is good news but I guess the price this time will rival flagships from Samsung and Apple. They are trying to milk the Oxygen OS meaning they are trying to get as many bucks possible riding on the success of Oxygen OS. I'm currently using an Apple phone and planing to move to Android again. If the OnePlus 8 series provide good value for money then I may just switch to OnePlus.
