Anonymous, 10 Apr 2020Nothing like creating a problem to then offer a solutionHush. Don't give people ideas like being part of creating an addicting website then resigning and putting up company that helps people cure this internet addiction.
Like a former FB employee.

I'm using my browser for Facebook, and Messenger Lite for messages. That way I only get notifications for messages. Works for me.

I've been using this 'mode' since 2018.
Being away from Fb was the best decision, and my real friends already on Whatsapp (which ironically now also owned by Facebook, but I've been using it since long before).
