i simply cannot forgive HTC for not putting camera led flash on this beauty device. it would've been top notch in low end phones market, but without led flash in 2012 it's simply not worth that money.

The Nokia 6120/6121's (for example) run Symbian with a 369Mhz processor with no issues.

AnonD-24171, 16 May 2012Oh well look at that! Nokia fanboys always say Android i... moreLet's see how without flaws ICS can run in this Desire C. (wait for a review).
Symbian can run even in 434 Mhz processor.(also that in ARM v6 processor). The processor used by HTC in Explorer, Desire C are ARM v7. That's why it can play Adobe Flash videos in browser, while the Samsung Galaxy Ace can't, as it uses 800 Mhz (ARM v6).

                      If this can run ICS
why can't it run on LG optimus one p500
                      That ran gingerbread smoothly

And why not the Samsung galaxy S series run ICS

damn, i barely get 1400 on ICS with my Xperia Arc overclocked to 1.4 GHz :S .... sony needs to up their software game, for ICS...but their gingerbread platform is one of the best, fast and stable

Guys, the MHz rating of a CPU doen't have anything to do with its ability to run ICS. Instructions per second are what's important. The Cortex A5 can process about 50% more instructions per clock cycle than the Cortex A8, meaning a 600MHz A5 CPU performs about the same as 900MHz A8.

The Wildfire S and most Samsung 800MHz phones use Arm11 cores, which are much slower that the A5 and A8. Comparing pure MHz ratings on CPUs doesn't tell the whole story.

Wow, a 600MHz ICS phone... so what's Samsung's excuse for not updating their 800Mhz+ phones to ICS? =))

I believe in this part of universe you still need sim card to get access to network.

Nokia fanboys always say Android is power hunger.
Even Symbian^3 can't run on 600 MHZ smoothly only Android, And you can forget about WP too it only runs on 800 MHZ and above.

                                    And also in battery field
                                    http://blog.gsmarena.com/samsung-galaxy-s-iii-battery-test-is-ready-does-very-well/

So Android is better in battery and CPU power.
