            Does this (super fast focusing) confirm the Honor 30 family have an IMX700 (with omnidirectional PDAF) like the Huawei P40 family ?

              It will not come cheap (30 Pro). Same price as the Xiaomi 10 Pro 5G one.
              Honor 30 will be pretty limited (as usual like the Honor 20) and will carry the 985 Kirin, although that will be a decent gaming phone with the new G77 Mali, even if it's just 6-7 cores.

                Huawei and Honor are the best so far ... third place goes to?

                  1920fps looks interpolated. Just like back when they tried to do 960fps to catch up with Sony doing the real 960fps.

I wonder what they are smoo... moreIf it use the same UWA camera module as Mate 30 & P40 Pro, the 1920fps @720p & 960fps @1080p are not interpolated, its a true slow-mo with DRAM embedded. The interpolated are 7680fps, which they disable in this Honor 30, which is actually nice decision.

                      But judging by the sample provided, it is indeed looks interpolated lol. Usually its using x4, so true slow-mo should be 480fps @720p.

                        Interpolated therefor useless.
                        I wonder what they are smoothing 120 Hz or is it capable of 240 Hz natively?

                          Honor 30 is shaping up to be a great phone. Hopefully there isn't a price hike. Honor needs to retain their price advantage over the Huawei branded phones.
