Anyways is impresive the result for its price. Really good phone in quality/price/specifications. I still want to watch what Asus, Meizu and Lenovo can release.
The S10 5G that some comment is good but i want a better telephoto camera, i use it often. Not enough good zoom in the S10 5G for me. But for other people could be the right phone. Sadly for me i with a good 5x at least telephoto camera, with expandable memory, audio jack and 5G... My bet is that i'll have to wait until the Mi Note 11 or 11 Pro is released by Xiaomi and cross the fingers so they don't change the "jack of all trades" philosofy of that phone. I don't care is the SoC is a mid range one or a high end. The most important for me are the camera and features available in the phone.

Apart from no GMS, these Honor 30 looks tempting as well. If i were you, i'll wait for a proper review or comparison before making any decision. Its up to you.

For example, u've got-
8gb ram + 256 internal for P30 Pro.
6gb ram + 128 internal for S10+.
Better speakers & screen on S10.
Better cameras & battery life on P30 Pro.
That is my opinion of course.

The Honor 30 Pro main camera is the 40 MP, f/1.8, 27mm (wide), 1/1.7", PDAF, Laser AF, OIS
The Honor 30 Pro+ has the new 50MP 1/1.28” IMX700 with OIS, etc.
The telephoto for both is the Periscope 8 MP, f/3.4, 125mm (telephoto), PDAF, OIS, 5x optical zoom with 50x hybrid zoom.
As the release event was this morning in chinese, we still need the confirmation of the differences between the three devices. Specially what change between the Honor 30 Pro and the Honor 30 Pro+
