i dont care about whether ics is available in india or not...I use other countries firmware...And there is no a big difference b/w android 2.3 and 4.0+

I am sick of waiting for Samsung to provide updates for my Note and it seems S2 owners are in same dilema. They provide an update for Germany over a week again without telling anyone, then when they finally do admit it is official they provide no schedules and it dribbles out to Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. What about the US, the rest of Europe and India!!?? Samsung better hope that when my next upgrade comes up that HTC don't have something comparable or I will never buy Samsung again.

Man, that's good news. Unfortunately, I don't know when that's gonna reach Brazil. I got in touch with Samsung local office, and they told me that they have no idea of when the ICS will be available to us...

Hi Guys. I think it's time you understand, it's not Samsung that delays, it's the networks. Samsung has already released ICS updates, but each country and even individual network take their own time passing it on to the consumer. You may blame Samsung, but it won't help. Ask you network provider how long it will take before switching or you will face same problem with different manufacturer. And no, I don't work for Samsung, just own a Galaxy Note and my wife a Galaxy S II I and we are also waiting for ICS update here in South Africa. Face it, life is not fair neither are politics.

I have I9100G Samsung Galaxy S-II ... Great piece of hardware but I am very disappointed with the way Samsung treats its customers. There is still no sign of ICS firmware upgrade for customers in Pakistan.
I have a firm resolve not to buy a Samsung phone again.
Recently, I wanted to purchase an LED tv .. everyone suggested buying a Samsung 3D LED, but I refused. I bought a Sony tv. End of story.

Samsung compny is cheater and lier.
I bought GS2 at 25th feb.
Model no. Written on the bill & box is I9100.but inside it was I9100G.and now they rejected my replacemnet request.don't buy samaung product.very very very bad service after buying any samsung phone.......
