    About your low speeds though , switch from LTE to 4G or 3G only mode and you should see an improvement, also turn on airplane mode for a moment to refresh the connection .

      no..i would not call it a country side...Chicago Northside,i'm reading this on saturday 6:20 pm speed check shows 2.4 mbp/s phone i'm using ,is Note 9 t-mobile with ful LTE band support CA EANBLED ,no 5g but who cares i did complain they said that everything is ok on their side ofcourse.idid reset stiil same ..i had cricket wireleless cheap carrier and on the same location and with the same phone was getting 50 /60 mbp/s...t-mobile is way over loaded in Chicago yeah 5g for now is fine because not too much people has 5g phones but soon it will be the same ,i will switch the carrier soon i have not seen any changes with sprint and t-mobile together

        I hope these people are paid double to work during this pandemic as calling someone heroic is totally insufficient as feelings or words are not all that.

        Show your " heroism " stance by upping all your hard working staff 2X their hourly wage and then your statement will be valid since words are just words and will be forgotten while actions have effects and stay for longer.

              As fast as the network operators are rolling out 5G in the UK, the conspiracy theorists in the UK are burning down the 5G masts, alleging 5G masts are a state-controlled vehicle aimed to spread the coronavirus virus.

              These unbelievable remarkable events have been taking place over the last 14 days (even GSMarena have reported on it), supported by numerous celebrities including the boxer Amir Khan.

              They should be imprisoned for arson.

                  But,sadly, I'm sure they're charging you full price for that ridiculous service they provide...whatta ripp off

                    yeah..thats funny i live in the Us my LTE 4G sucks big time towers are overloaded at home getting 1.2mpb/s...on T-mobile its 2020 !!! only at night or early in the morning getting good speed but,yeah instead of fixing tower issues work on 5G
