But it can be seen as a set of everything. It doesn't matter if it's Apple or OnePlus. Anything that is outside the typical taxes, as in this case where clearly there is an additional big extra price without any justification, they even do not even have physical stores here, it is a joke, a hoax.
The answer must be clear. Customers are always right. And with the wallet closed and the money not flowing, you will see how prices drop when they do not sell more than a handful of phones in the rest of the world.

The regular one plus 8 is still a poorly priced phone even in India compared to even the 7T... The price difference of the 8GB/128GB model of both is 10k which is not justified at all...

Dear European and US markets, we know you are filthy rich and love to donate, so let's use you to sponsor poorer markets by paying much more money for the same hardware. You can have previous phones at the price we released them in those same markets last year if you are on a budget.

It's funny, people complaining about the pricing difference in India and rest of world, for just 2 phones that recently launched. While nobody talks about the Iphones that are cheaper in USA but a lot overpriced in other parts of the world, for every model they've been releasing since years. I'm no way supporting the OnePlus pricing, but people got to realise that it's not the first time a company has been discriminative with pricing in different countries. And FYI, the new iPhone SE is 399$ in USA but 550$ in India for base model and 760$ for the 256 GB. Anyone gonna comment on that ? Is this not discrimination ?

I can see why OnePlus is selling their phone much cheaper in their home country because of HydrogenOS, but why India is getting the same treatment with OxygenOS?

Pure and simple.
Some people get a much better price based on geographical location alone which is just wrong.
If I were US or any other important state I would ban a company who practices such a thing in my territory.

OnePlus is ranked as #1 premium brand in India and therefore a significant player in Indian smartphone market. On the other hand, Chinese smartphone market is fundamentally different with entirely different dynamics. In terms of brand recognition, OnePlus is way behind many others. The flagships of Huawei (P series, Mate series), Vivo (NEX series), and Oppo (Finder Series) are priced way higher than that of OnePlus, and yet, OnePlus is still not that competitive. OnePlus is not a player in Chinese market, with a tiny market-share only slightly higher than that of Samsung. (Samsung has less than 1% of the market share.)

Pricing is great when compared to Western markets.
But still I'll rather wait for Asus Rog Phone 4 or Mi 10 Pro. They both will be even competitive in their pricing.

And the OnePlus 8 Pro only can compete with the S20+, which in a lot of countries cost the same or even less and also better. So stop lying. Even a P30 Pro a lot cheaper dance around these overpriced phones.
The real matter is that is a scam. The true prices are these ones. If they believe that people around the world are blind and idiots, they are very wrong. The social media and mouth to mouth will work!!!!!!!!!!!! Boycott them around the world. Don't be silly.

So for Asian and European citizens the answer must be strong and ignore Apple, don't buy!!! At the end even if later they drop their prices we will still have better alternatives at those prices like now. We are not fool and blind watching this scam to Asian and European citizens. Boycott to iPhone SE and iPhone 11, also to 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max. Or even the whole brand maybe next year they'll stop trying to scam us.
