I have no need for a memory card because I have 256GB of storage. I don't shoot video in 4K or anything like that. I am basic person who uses the iPad for basic needs. That's all I was saying. I don't need to do everything on my phone. With my wireless ear buds and the lightness of the mini, its a perfect combo for watching or listening to content on the go.

Sorry, but I don't understand the role of the tablet as a media device.
If I want to use it in the bed at night, it is very heavy and unpleasant to hold. I find my 142g phone heavy to hold in one hand for longer periods.
And if I would use it on the table with some stand, than is the same use as a laptop.
So yeah, for me is just a waste of money. Again, talking about the ipad classic or the ipad Mini. The ipad Pro for professional use I kind of understand, being that is as powerful as a macbook pro, but half the price.

But it's the other way around... android supports every bluetooth codec, usually you have better speakers on Android (iPad Pro is exception), 1080p+ is only on Android... not to mention media, SD cards, 4:3 screen = worst for media consumption.

I have a Pixel 3 for my smartphone. I use my phone as a communication device. All my social media is on my phone, text, emails etc.. My iPad is for media consumption. Apple just does it better for audio, video and compatibility. Sometimes you just need more than one device. I don't like using my phone for EVERYTHING. Like I said, it just depends on how you use your devices.

Infact, Adobe has to come up with Fresco to get some share of Procreate users. Both are famous apps for digital drawings.
Android tablets has still a long way to go, both with support of apps and the styles input.

Unsurprising I would say.
Tablets are usualy just a slave devices - nobody needs more power to read email, watch youtube, give to kids - cheapo, low quality, can do everything, tablets generate low revenue.
Apple tablets on the other hand can do the same, but they are faster, more expensive, few extra useful apps = higher revenue.
High end Android tablets are most likely just a fraction of sales ... and Samsung is really trying not to sell more units but cutting down features like headphone jack and steadily increasing price of tablets and accessories.
I will buy that new iPad Pro next year, not because it will be something revulutionary (it will be the same, just with better screen and SOC), but because it will be simply not as bad as competition and I want new toy.

I prefer Huawei tablets and Hisilicon processors. They are reliable and low cıst high performace alternatives.

In this case, an ipad pro (which is very powerful, more powerful than a macbook air for example, but also cheaper than a macbook). So, imo, I think those exact people will get an ipad pro for professional activities.
For the classic ipad or the ipad mini, I think people buy them just for the larger displays. To be honest, I don't get this ones. They are for me, just some extra gadget I need to take care off, charge it, etc. And the results are not so satisfying, they are just larger iphones.

Classic confirmation bias from the usual suspects.
Samsung makes tablets based on Qualcomm, Intel, AMD and their own processors. Gets split up in three categories.
These gadget number crunching sites are worse than extreme gerrymandering politicians in the States. "Look at this way I found to present the numbers favorably! I should pat my back!"

Screw Qualcomm. They are an entire company dedicated to chipsets yet can't match the Apple Bionic in any way since years.. shamelessly monopolising the Android market with their mediocre stuff.

I never understood what people use tablets for. I prefere having a great phone with an excellent display and a great laptop / notebook.
