MI software update is a joke and scam. They don't update the android version. It is just a skin update. That you will get in any third party free launcher. I got MIUI 11 in my RN6 Pro. But Android version still 9.0

Im still using Redmi Note 4.
I wish it gets full MIUI 12 unlike MIUI11 in which many features were not added in update.

Redmi note 8Pro have not yes received ANDROIND 10 UPDATE in India which was scheduled for around Feb 2020.
And now the phone is in second list of MIui 12 so another 4 months no update at all
