Don't forget that it is 400$ phone but only in the USA. In most of Europe it goes up to 550$ for base model and that is not cheap. Maybe it's good for older people but pretty useless for young that need on-screen time. Besides, it's not even that compact. I still dream of 5" notchless phone. That is compact

Justinjt2020, 30 Apr 2020It is. Barely cracks 3 hours SOT!!! It can't be 3 hours, well of course it depends what you do with it and how high your brightness is. With 6s years ago i got average 4-5 screen on time. And i'm not expecting battery life got worse from there.

Secondly, this thing has very bad battery life that will get even worse over time as the battery gets older and it has the A13 but only on paper as it doesnt perform like the others in the iP11. Besides that the screen is just bad for 2020 and yes, it is obvious when you put it next another new phone. The argument ‘the screen looks good if you dont ever use another phone’ is just BS. And the whole software support thing...why update something that works? You have all the featurs on an androind phone out of the box, you dont need new ones. Apple gives you things that should have existed years ago in the OS and you feel gratefull for it? Typicall fanboism.

Why is everyone praising this phone so much? Its an outdated piece of hardware with a by todays standards ugly front design, bad screen and very poor battery life and it will get even worse over time as the battery degrades. And there are plenty other options out there for older people that will not remember to charge it all the time. And if the argument is ‘its not for gaming’ then whats the point of the A13? Phones took superb photos with weaker chipsets, the A13 is just bait.
This is just a bunch of parts put together hidden by the apple logo to make it look appealing.

The review is probably going to have a lot of cons but will still recommend it as it's the cheapest "new" iPhone in the market and the crazy long support it will have

Cool, lets see, sales-wise, which one outperforms which. Also, do any of those Samsung's have over 5 years of OS support? Do any of those Samsung's have the most powerful SoC available on the market? Do any of those Samsung's offer Wifi 6, Bluetooth 5, and are waterproof? Dual SIM? e-SIM? ALL of that, for USD$399?

Everything was okey, but that battery capacity is unacceptable. Considering the size of the phone there was easily enough space for atleast a 2500 mah battery but that's not how apple roles.

I just bought mine coming from an iPhone 11 pro. I just like smaller phones. I will use this phone as a going out to parties and events phone when I don't want a bulge in my pockets. I use the smart battery case for the 11pro. I have the smart battery case for my iPhone 8 that I bought a few weeks back. I will use that since it's not as bulky at my 11pro smart battery case. I had the smart battery case for my iPhone 6s and it made a huge difference. All this is a waste of money for me to spend. I bought many gadgets for traveling this year and then Covid-19 happened. Battery health on everything will go to crap when travel is back to normal. I like using esim on iPhones as it is easy to swap between apple phones and I can buy a physical prepaid sim for whatever country I travel to.

I would however want to know how many people use their phones for all those "tests" my "professional" reviewers are done my common people every day?
I mean if you are a TikToker, then probably yes. But TikTokers do not per say have a very high standards.

I just hope the article stays true to old GSMArena levels. Unbiased and price dependent too.
I guess the review should be objective but I won't hold my breath for it.

In my country the price will get u Samsung Note 10 Lite or Note 9...so its not a cheap priced phone at all to me cos thise two phones are better

the bad reason: because iys an iphone.
the screen is ok but what is not ok is 3h screen on time.
if it had 5 or 6 screen on time it would be great, but 3hours is just unusable unless you have a powerbank or always next to a wall plug which is pointless.
