Qualcomm made it possible to update the GPU drivers without a full firmware update - you just download an app and let it work its magic.

In Android 10, aren't graphics drivers supposed to be updated directly off the PlayStore, with no special app, at least for PlayStore countries (ie, all except China) ?

Will MediaTech allow GPU driver updates for Dimensity 1000L SoC??
