after you download the file and extract it, it took one click and was done in about 10 seconds. I backed up my phone before hand, and then factory reset it to speed up the process. no issues. all smiles.

i once loved apple products especially the iphones and the ios but now i hate jailbreaks&all the apple products because i tried to update my ios to 4.3.3 using a tool(snowbreez)and ended up killing my iphone 4 .its stuck in recovery mode after itunes restore it actually when the restore was complete i itunes said restarting ur iphone in10 seconds and then an error came up and from that day my iphone is in recovery i tried all things but failed finally i started to hate apple and went with blackberry bold 9900 and the s.galaxy s2 the are far better than apple.

Great but whats with the unlock, jailbreak was never a real problem i waited like way over 4 months for an unlock i dont understand how they not finding a way to do that

i had a jailbreaked 3gs unlock via ultrasnow ... yesterday while randomly browsing through cydia, i saw 'racky racoon 5.1.1 untethered' in cydia and so i installed it and just after that i rebooted my iphone and hurray the jailbreak was untethered :)

guys the version absinthe-win-2.0.0 had some problems.
but now with the absinthe-win-2.0.1 there is no problem!
and i jailbreaked my iphone 4s in 1 minute and dont have any problems! :)

had jailbroken my dad's iPhone 4(5.1.1) with redsn0w, but it was tethered and that really annoyed my because it once froze in DFU mode when I was trying to tether reboot and I had 2 restore and re-jailbreak losing all my data since I hadn't back-up. And I was afraid of it happening again but now I don't have to worry :)

AnonD-42495, 26 May 2012Android is open source...it's manufacturers who put that re... morejailbreaking is rooting in android... so whats the difference between android and IOS? you root your android we jailbreak our iphones... so it makes sense... as you said Hipocrisy!!!!!! android is free as you said but android is useless without phone manufacturers... manufacturers lock android and when you root it you lose your warranty... so as to iphone you jailbreak you loose your warranty? Got my point? so whats the difference now between IOS and android?

I have an iphone 4s.I bought in spain and paid some money to a mobile store to unlock it for me.Now I can use it with different SIM from another mobile operator.
Now I want to upgrade to ios 5.1.1,but I'm afraid if I upgrade it and jailbreak it,my phone would go back to locked state.I want to know if it's safe to upgrade to 5.1.1 and jailbreak and still have unlocked ?
