One of the cheapest is iqoo 3 not neo, one of the chepaest is realme x50 pro, same goes for poco f2 pro. The iqoo neo 3 is "the cheapest" as a standalone. Get your fanboyism out of the way. My opinion about those prices (esp on Aliexpress and Gearbest), if you can wait, and if you wanna this phone. The best solution will be to wait, for more 2-3 weeks. Like every Xiaomi phone (same case was with first gen of Pocophone, F1), price will drop, for, at least, 30-50 euros. If is now 500 euros, in a first half of June, will be 450 euros, max. For some reason, even there on Ali they increase prices in the last week or so (for almost, all smartphones), i guess they want to recover from low sales in the last couple od months (because of covid19).
