As for 4k video, it streams at about 20mbps, so 4G is plenty. I have an understanding of the benefits of 5G, and it's not for phones....

Anyone who buys a 5G phone when in your country it is still not developed or planned yet is stupid. Androids last 2-3 years. This is the time required for decent implementation of 5G and for the prices to become good and easy. Otherwise, you just burnt a big hole in your pocket for nothing but a glorified camera and fakery.

It's useful for stuff like internet of things, but not for phones. But China is pushing phones to create 5G demand in the West and pressure politicians to buy its Trojan Horse tech, before others get competitive.
