The Nokia 9.3 PureView will record 8K video and have exclusive ZEISS effects

12 May 2020
The 108MP camera and Snapdragon 865 chipset that this phone allegedly has should have no issues with 8K/30fps video.

3rd rebranded K30 Pro, android nowadays, so many S10 design curved screen and punch hole, almost all flagship are the same, excapt for legendary Apple Inc.

Please Nokia think of something valuable. I can't and I'm very sorry that such a brand that is loved all over the world is dying. I love it as much as I hate it. what can I do (((

I prefer HMD to adding 60fps to the videos rather than 8K video. The Nokia phone doesn't have 60fps to date.

GnuLinux, 12 May 2020Real Nokia died long time ago. This HMD/Nokia is a bad joke. Thank god that only just YOUR OPINION& not fact

Good grief... When will the nonsense end. 8k... Who the hell wants/needs that? Get stills right, get 4k right. Good screen, good battery job done. Willy waving is pointless.

An automatic mode should be always be the best 1 of the pack, especially when AI is factored in to play though that can't be said because some just don't know or don't want to make perfection a reality..

I wish they use 1/1.2" 12mp or 41mp camera with pixel binning. This 108mp or 64mp or 48mp camera did not prove that they are superior to 12mp cameras with big sensor size.
8k video is not exciting as we all know that's gonna be useless on a phone or a tab or even on laptops.
Single camera-small display-16:9AR-big battery-no cutout display phones are missing from market.

Phones ften have issues with yellow lighting, choose high iso over slow shutter etc ...

Look at samples from reviews, many phones using iso over 1000 at night when should be no more than 500. Using hdr when is not required making colours wrong etc ..

Tbh I don't believe Nokia will rise to Samsung level at their current status because their phones are mostly overpriced and hopefully this they get the camera right and include all focal lenghts

Nokia is long gone, and honestly it's for the best. Even back in the 2000's, their phones were overpriced, but they were successful due to the lack of competition. Luckily, there are tons of different brands you can choose from today, and it seems like people have already forgotten about Nokia.

i wish Nokia well, i loved their phones back in the day, but they havent really returned with anything really worthy yet, their nokia 9 was good on paper, but poor in execution, light who nokia partnered with to produce the camera idea were very poor as well, i would love to see a unique styled full on flagship with some killer camera tech (industry leading) and the latest software and smooth running on a minimal android OS and i would buy it, wishful thinking though

It's a sad the Nokia 9.3 will probably release when we will have two more generations of devices on the market.
It will be nothing special or interesting by then.

Dont keep your hopes up. If anything, Zeiss is probably keeping a close eye over what mess HMD is doing and dont be surprised if they end up switching and teaming up with Sony later. After all, those contracts only last 5 years, and so far, HMD hasnt done a single camera right.
