that is the main ideea: iphone customers did not want radical changes in design. they want the same design 80% of them, but with better display,processor,camera. the research made by marketing of apple showed that customers did not want a display bigger more than 4.2 inch MAXIMUM because they want to use the iphone easy, with one hand and finger. i saw this in a training with "sales points highlights" made by apple for orange sales division. THAT IS THE WILL OF IPHONE CUSTOMERS AND THEY LISTEN TO THIS VERY CAREFULLY

I can't believe people astill fall for this stuff! It's done by Apple's Marketing Department themselves! Have you not bu now seen this pattern again and again and again and again. It's always the same every time apple realease a product, the rumours start about the next one ... Next week/month we'll have an "Engineering Mock-Up" of the phone 'accidently' left on a bus or train somehwere, a month after that some obscure website weill have and 'advertisement' for pre-orders 'acccidently' put up early showing a blurry photo, and will be taken down as soon as the page gets 10,000 hits

Hmm... this is a very strange leaked prototype.
Top and bottom of back cover will be made of glass?
Isn't the iPhone4/4S very fragile and if you drop it the glass would very easily break?!
I would do the other way around! --> Top and bottom would be metal and middle would be made of glass.

I sincerely hope this isn't the final design of the iPhone 5. Not that I'd choose iOS over Android as long as it's nothing but an app drawer that forces me to use iTunes for everything (and I don't think I should be forced to hack (aka jailbreak) a phone to get the most basic functionality I expect from a phone). When the iPhone 4 released, the design was amazing. 4S turned out the same, which means I'd never pick it up. If Iphone 5 stays pretty much the same, it just takes design lazyness to a new level imho.
Give us something new to look at! (Not that I want one anyways, but still. :)
