Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite to cost $1,100, come with S865 and 4G connectivity

That's Galaxy S20+ 4G money and a good deal less than the original Fold, which was nearly $2,000 (and came with an S855 chipset).

    Vivo iQOO is an exception.

I'm talking consumers that spent money on them. I ask this question as someone who already broke the screen, but you didn't know that. So, aside from me, name me an abundance of people that broke their Galaxy Fold screen or even the Galaxy Z screen which appears to have an even more vulnerable screen than the Fold.

                The modem is not integrated. To reduce costs, manufactors have option to buy only 4G modem instead of 5G one.
                Vivo IQOO 3 is an example that offers both 4G and 5G option with same chipset that is SD865.

                  It cannot be a SD 865 since Qualcomm made this chipset 5G only. Either the Fold Lite is 5G or it is a SD 855+ if it is 4G.
