So Americans endorse the free market and free circulation of goods only when these goods are made in USA... ;-) Apple must be really powerful: recall that the US patent office, which I suppose should only do its work and be impartial, also made an exhibition about Apple patents...
By stopping HTC sales for three weeks, they managed to give a slight advantage to american manufacturers. I guess they perfectly knew that HTC products were compliant, HTC would never ship the One X before being sure it has been approved, nevertheless they stopped it anyway. Guess that other countries in the world should become smarter and do the same with american products...
