I don't understand you guys are arguing about quad core being best... When the Lenovo K800 Intel Atom hits the market, with its humble single core it will mop the floor with nvidia's quad core... And I really don't get it why do you need so much power hungry apps in a phone... I don't enjoy gaming on such a small screen... that's the reason for consoles and PC's - And btw, I don't like the WP O.S. - but if maybe It'll be able to run PC apps on a phone... now there's an idea...
And, on topic - Batman.. really?

As a current Nokia lumia user, I can confidently say that they are onlhy producing 900 of these because the demand for nokia lumia phones is a joke. Windows lags behind iOS and Android, and its gonna take a lot more than a cool looking phone to change that. Add a ton more apps, more international language support, and maybe then it will take off

Does Windows XP need dual or quad core?
It runs perfectly on single core! Why we need quad core then?
Because of HD games and HD movies and high end graphic apps like Photoshop and better encoding and multitasking
I bet you WP runs HD games like ShadowGun GTAIII Max Payne! WP doesn't even support multitasking! And Encoding?
So go and repeat your old cassette to people who don't know what quad core is for.
I keep hearing WP is the future, WP is Android killer and all kinds of those lame slogans, Android rules and still we didn't see anything of what you people say WP on its peak and it only controls what 3 or 2 % of market's share?

On topic to all: of course WP, Symbian and iOS can easily work on single core, but we need multi-core because we constantly run more that the OS on a phone. It is common to run at least 2-3 apps constantly, simultaneously.

from an iphone 4s owner and ex-owner of htc one x and many other non-nokia phones: superb nokia 900 dark knight!!!. i have always loved batman logo. i also love windows because is the only real challanger for apple o.s.:elegant,smoothhhh,battery saver, and you can't install any junk applications,closed ecosystem

900 of these on a Windows OS phone and because it has Batlogo on it..probably price will be high and i get a 10 to 15 $ ticket to see the movie when i can sneak in for a tuesdays special at 5$...I'll pass. but if i really want to give into all this Bat thing..i'll buy a bat backcover for my phone and put in some wallpapers. Like that when the bateuphoria is over..i can change to what ever is next and not cry how much $$ i spent on a special edition that has nothing really special to it in the long run.

Anyway on topic, didn't they have a Batman Begins themed Nokia N900 as well? I know Nokia has done the Batman thing before.
Sidenote: Couldn't you just go and buy tickets for $15 to see the movie? That's not a very good prize for this.

Only with a dual or quad core device developers will be keen to write apps not with a single core one!
