Probably paying these taxes will be cheaper compared to the price increased by doing all in USA.

Watch this Never happen. It's an appeal to Trump's core white working class voter base in an election year. The manufacturers will quietly get their lobbyists in DC to sound out the Trump team about "reelection donations", figures will be negotiated, and all this will be quietly dropped, except for those companies that don't pay up.
It's a classic win-win for Trump - His voting base believes he's "one of them", he gets a cash-boost from corporate donors.

While i am not sure if this is a good decision, I am pretty sure it is complicated one,and Donlad Trump is not the right guy to think rationally (I am not American so I can this objectively)... Morever, bringing back manufactures was one of his campaign promises, yet he didn't fulfill it only till now: cause the elections are coming.
Amercia got a lot of research facilities, just make one them study the whole process instead of making one guy messes up the biggest tech company

This is a good thing for both US and China.
Apple will no longer be affordable and may lose market share in short term, may stablize later.
China will stop selling iPhones if manufacturing is completely moved out of China, freeing the place market to Huawei and other local players.

I see only nationalist here but economist thinking. One is the lower cost of production in China, lower labour cost, second is the pollution and the costlier raw materials in the USA. China have more and cheaper natural resources and better coordination. All the big factories in China are near each other and the raw materials. I am just saying USA will lost a huge amount of money in the short run, until all is settled down if Trump is making this move. Peace from Europe.

Awesome! It's idiotic that past leaders have allowed everything to be moved out of America, rendering America vulnerable, while enriching themselves from corrupt donations from these corrupt and greedy companies.

Now queue all the idiots that claimed Apple was behind the Huawei ban, as if they have that kind of power. The Orange Man has his own agenda against the Chinese and Apple has nothing to do with that.

Wow... I am a diehard android gaming fan. But I am going to stick up for Apple on this one... How on earth can apple even attempt to keep up with Android when not only have they fallen greatly behind... And seriously the 865 is by far better than the A13. Even the 855+ runs circles round the A13... But anyway... Apple would be charging $2000 usd for the iPhone 12... Which is not that great either compared to what Android has already... But... Prices of Apple will go even higher having to pay American workers a decent wage... The US president could collapse Apple.
