I have been using this phone for a week now it is powerful with too many bugs grabby launcher and even canot change the launcher thet should update their software not introducing new piece of crab. Very disappointed Specially coming from note 10 plus

I actually love the software by red magic. I love the stock android experience. Straight. No gimmicks. Simple. And lightening quick. I even have turned off all animations in developer mode. Because the phone is so quick. That the animations actually feel like they delay the phone.

The game space is awesome too. And iOS has nothing like this. Gaming on iOS is a nightmare. My friend next to me. Showing me all his complaints with Apple. They interrupt his gaming session. And he is forever pulling the notifications panel down frequently.

Its like redmagic really thought about this.

The build quality is like a tank. Now. I am quite rough with my red magic at times. I live in a harsh unforgiving desert environment. With a heatwave and lots of dust. And it rains in the winter.

This phone with its fan. Is absolutely fine in the winter. With rain... And perfect in the desert with sand storms and dust. It is absolutely fine.

The only thing I will say. Is that when the weather reaches 37 degrees Celsius. And beyond. And you have the phone on Pubg with intense graphics. 90FPS. And forced maximum cpu/gpu performance. The phone can get a bit warm. But that is not a surprise as you are pushing the phone to crazy new highs.

My phone actually reached 50 degrees Celsius in the middle of a heatwave... And still no throttling... As if the cpu/gpu does not throttle??? I don't honestly know how they managed to sustain top performance like this even when getting quite warm...

I have had this phone a few months now. I bought it this year. Early spring. I still cannot get my head round this phone. Probably the most amazing phone I have ever had.

Never ever will I go back to a normal luxury handset.

Now, my friend played pubg with his iPhone 11 Pro max. He plays well...

But loves my phone so much that he is ditching his apple thing and buying a new a red magic 5g.

He is a gamer. And didn't know gaming phones existed till he saw mine.

I let him use my phone for gaming... His scores rocketed... When he went back to his iPhone. I could see him thinking... And he seemed sad. He realises that Apple is not as good as they make out. Especially for gaming.

He does not see moving from a pro max to an 865 powered gaming phone as a downgrade at all...

He sees it as a massive step forward... A huge upgrade especially in regards to gaming...

Its time for me to do some gaming now... Game on gamer! It's game over for you though! :-)

Then why bother making it the transparent version if you gonna cover it?

Red Magic has done it again! Taken me by surprise. Didn't see this version coming. Awesome.

Sweet. I would love to see a transparent Nintendo Switch now.

Ngl, this is far better looking than Xiaomi's Explorer edition.

                      I prefer a transparent Mi 10 or K30 Pro.

If it wasn't for its soft software, the RM5G would easily win the best FHD+ @144Hz smartphone for the 1H/20.

cool design. I dont think they were the first to do this, but its still cool.

Now this is a cool looking phone. Much better than poor mans McLaren try hard from OnePlus.
