20 May 2020
The midrange Pixel phone keeps getting delayed but hopefully not much longer.

NO XL = NO BUY, 21 May 2020no jack/4000+ battery = no buyFellow GSMer . I read itmon XDA that they are going to give headphone jack. But You are right, No headphone jack is a buzzkill

LEEDAQ, 21 May 2020lol... are they waiting to get murdered by iphone 12 or somethingThat makes no sense. The 4a is a 300-400$ phone while an iphone costs 700-800$ at the least. They're not competing in the same market share.

Delayed again? I've said it several times previously, one of the reasons of Pixel's sale numbers is their availability!!! This phone is already late, it should've been in the market since March or earlier. By doing this, Google is giving time to others brands like Xiaomi, Realme, Oneplus (with the Z) prepare their new devices and sell more.

Google has to make their phones available and flood the market! How do they expect to sell if they keep delaying them forever and take an eternity to do something about it?? Jeez those guys in the marketing department should be fired.

Hopefully the $300 price tag rumors are correct. That would make it an appealing option to budget conscious users.

As the phone hasn't been officially announced, the actual ram count is unknown.

                                  4 GB RAM?? I hope that's a typo

I think it's a combination of both Covid-19 & the iPhone SE 2020 being the reason of this rumoured delay.

In July most retail shops should be open again after the Lockdown, & the buzz from the iPhone SE 2020 will have died down to so it makes sense for Google to delay for a couple of months.

Also if the rumoured $299 starting price for the 64GB is right then Google will have no problems shifting these come Mid Summer & might even get back a few SE 2020 owners that have switched from Android to iOS.

                                      730 not 730G😢
