Um, maybe its just one of the Pebble Blue's with the mismatched panels; slipped through the cracks perhaps. To think this is even newsworthy knowing the reasoning behind Samsung's shipping delay is ludicrous.

ok i had preordered in slovakia pebble blue and now i got mail that they will get them beginning of july. metallic blue NOT PEBBLE BLUE
so it seems the blue ones are completly off market ...

this is nothing like the one in westfield stratford, been there today, examined the phone in every angle and it was pure blue, plus finger print magnet, i hope it comes out gunmetal/grey

i have a pre order in slovakia for pebble blue and got now mail that it will be available beginning of july. tough other shops show availability as of 12 or 14th june...
ou boy this is just like during commies, you have money but you cant buy what you want with it :)

Just been to the Samsung store in Westfield Stratford. The new blue is more metallic than the original one and like the white is significanly better in hand than on screen. Cannot wait to get hold of a 32/64gb Blue version!!

ive seen a blue one....that is not a blue one. legend says that if one grey s3 ever comes in to existance it will be in full control of all other samsung devices, eventually becoming self aware and overthrowing mankind. the only way to stop this is to travel to korea and throw the grey s3 into the fires of mount doom, that or send a body building austrian back in time to stop its creation......or atleast thats what this story should say to qualify it as 'news' and warrant the amount of people actualy giving a crap in the comments

but I think that it is pebble blue
because when he tilted it towards the sun in the 36th second there was a blueish color.
but we'll have to wait for the next days o find out.

He's talking about the color mismatch of the back panel. So this is the 'old' pebble blue SIII - just doesn't look like it.

Oh come on, people, don't whine about it; Comments like they changed it/this is a manufacturing error. That's just the way the pebble blue looks and that's how it will look in every country where pebble blue is going to be launched. And some people have the image that if the phone is meant to be expensive it has to be made from metal and glass. Wrong! It just has to be practical. A few grams of metal and glass don't cost much actually, they just weigh more and we already have phones who have glass and that's why they break so fast.
