FIX: TO GET THE T-MOBIEL UPDATE IF YOUR PHONE WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY PULL IT
Go into your OnePlus Settings Page. On the top in the search box type "OTA"
Only 1 "OTA Access Point Configuration" app will show on the bottom of the list. Select it and on the next page Clear Your Cache ONLY.
Now Go back to your default OnePlus Settings main page, scroll down to "System" and select the "System Update" button. It will now work, show you the update and begin downloading.

Mine won't detect the update no matter what I try short of a factory reset. I've tried wiping the Google play services cache, settings cache, system cache in recovery mode, restart, going to system updates and checking for update etc. Did they pull the update?

Amirboli, 23 May 2020What about 7 pro ?7 Pro is pretty much almost forgotten by them. Since late last year, I barely got updates on my 7 Pro.

What about now (THEIR) former Sprint version of OnePlus 7 Pro 5G? I I would imagine it's the exact same build for both of those phones so it should have been pushed to both but I guess T-Mobile will let Sprint do it of which they are notoriously slow
