First Samsung Galaxy Note20+ renders arrive

25 May 2020
The phone should be “slightly bigger” than the Note20, the overall design remains the same.

So no ones gonna complain about how sharp the corners are? Because it isn’t a problem. Xperia were fine to hold with sharp corners, this will no different. Sharp edges looks better than curve. That’s my opinion

Anonymous, 25 May 2020Ugly thing, terrible iphone copyWho did Apple copy when they ditched the physical home button?

        Bloody curved screen again. Sheesh.

If this is what Note20+ will look like, I am keeping my Note10+. That camera island is so ugly it is not even funny.

But still, give people two close devices, one with a headphone jack and one without, they'll go for the first, some people still care and prefer wired headphones for many reasons.

Aren't they loosing sales because it doesn't have a headphone jack? Why can't they just upgrade the 3.5mm port to have SabreDAC so it is as futuristic as Bluetooth?

Essen, 25 May 2020So why can't the whole thing be 10.7mm, have the camera flu... moreThe S20 Ultra is 8.8 mm and has a 5000mAh battery so you really don't need the phone to be that thick. 4500mAh is perfectly adequate when you consider that the S20+ and S20 Ultra have identical Endurance ratings despite the 500mAh difference-and the S20+ actually lasted longer. About the camera bump: it might not be the most aesthetic design but it helps with durability. A phone with a flush camera design is a lot more prone to shattering in a drop.

Looks exactly like the Note 10, except with a far uglier camera deck.

Technologist, 25 May 2020No headphone jack, very ugly camera, s-pen on the link side... moreWhat's so bad about having the S-Pen on the left side?

No headphone jack, very ugly camera, s-pen on the link side instead of on the right side like other Note phones!!! All these reasons can make me staying away from this phone

ethereal, 25 May 2020No 3.5mm, no buy. As simple as that. The is a reason why I still have Galaxy Note9

And the boxy chassis design of the new Note20/Note20+ still reminds me of the "Loop Surface" era Sony Xperia and the "Fabula Design" era Nokia Lumia to be truthful.

(SE 2020 with 4.7 Inch display and its old aspect ratio)

The best thing would be to have a dimensity 1000+ based Note 20 lite with a 6.8 inch flat display and a decent battery life which is similarly or even more aggressively priced as the note 10 lite. Dual sim with upto 256 GB storage. IT would be even better if it is full screen with motorized pop-up camera . IF not, a very very small punch hole That would be a true one plus 8/One plus Z killer and a great value for money
                                    Samsung are you listening ?

Looks like Oppo Reno4 from the back...

Phone designs are bland AF these days.

So why can't the whole thing be 10.7mm, have the camera flush with the back and use the 3.1mm gained for a bigger battery?
