Note 9 sporting ufs 2.1.
So a guy who never used ufs 3.0 storage as daily driver is going to compare internal storage speeds?
Hilarious!

BTW galaxy S2 was my third Android flagship I owned.

It's clear that you live in a fantasy world where ufs 3.0 is not faster than ufs 2.1 as well as you believing in a time when sim cards were as big as debit cards. Never heard of sim cards being as big as debit card in smartphone era.

You are like a triggered little boy, all over the place. Frustrated by the fact that ufs 3.0 is faster than older storage.

What a low guess... my dual Note4's and dual Note9's are just laughing... even funnier is the part " I bet you don't even push your phone hard enough to see a difference.

Oh and stop the " I must have used 30-40 phones as my daily driver in the past decade, mostly flagships. " spamming nonsense... I've seen you say that on another article when it's certain you haven't even held a 2011 Galaxy SII in your hand... let alone a 1G brick device back when sim cards were the size of debit cards...

I must have used 30-40 phones as my daily driver in the past decade, mostly flagships.
So I notice minute things that you might have overlooked.

I know how fast ufs 3.0 is compared to other phones with slower internal storage.
I bet you don't even push your phone hard enough to see a difference.
Just like day to day task can be smoothly done without any noticeable slowdowns on mid range phones sporting SD765. That doesn't mean Snapdragon 765 chip is as fast as Snapdragon 865. The noticeable difference kicks in when you push your phones to its full potential.

Ppl like you who don't want the best should simply downgrade and use mid range phones since there isn't much difference in day to day performance.

"Yeah... haven't ever seen anyone in my life carrying 20+ flash drives in their jeans pocket - they'd all be lost like credit cards and spare change coins lol lol lol"

      >> That was a reply to you saying, pendrives are cumbersome to carry when in reality they have smaller form factor than a pair of house keys most ppl might travel around with.
You'll only loose those drives, if there is a hole in your pocket.

You're missing the point and you can go ahead and actually use your own pitiful recommendation of going back to using mid rangers and budget phones yourself. "

The UFS storage you're praising is definitely not fast but still slow on consumer devices. It is only fast in the laboratories where they do R&D. I haven't even come close to using its full potential and this is coming from a flagship Samsung Note user.

" Form factor for pendrives is super small.
One can easily fit 20-25 different flash drives in a single jeans pocket. "

Super slow motion recording is best done on fast ufs storage.
4K60 with higher bitrates is best done on ufs 3.0 over microSd and others if you want to avoid artifacts.

Android Master, 28 May 2020Who needs slow micro SD when you are getting a whopping fas... moreOkay, a Micro SD may be slow, slower but UFS storage is nowhere near " whopping fast " either... That " whopping fast " claim of yours is barely distinguishable in daily phone tasks and definitely slows down a lot when put to actual stressing work when moving files for example.
The miraculous whopping fast claim is only attributed to laboratory, prototype, test devices and that's it - the end user gets a bottle necked slow version with bad optimization and then there's the fact that that UFS storage is a soldered chip on the motherboard which is not user accessible unless you tear your phone apart, voiding your warranty whereas a MicroSD card can be physically removed by anyone on the go which means it's the definite win win in all case scenarios in the end.

OTG USB drives and cables are also good choices but their form factor and extra accessories counter act against the simple and small MicroSD card.

I never believed what low score gsmarena gave my find x2 pro. But afterall it is no samsung, apple, or else companies that pay good.

Just looking at the detailed specs make your mouth open. I cannot remember all the great tech and stuff I have in my x2pro once someone asks for specs. I always forget something to mention.

I love my phone. If find x3 pro (I don't care of the name, I mean the next gen of my phone) in march 2021 is as amazing as this one. I might re-think buying mate40pro. Or mate40pro must deliver very big times. December I will have answer. October/November if lucky and Huawei hurry the release. Why not. After all mate20pro came october :)

Not a hope in hell.... I'm budgeting for a 300 to 400 at best..... What happened to the budget flagship killers....

Remember when these Chinese phone were the go to for specs but not the big brand name? If I had that kind of money to spend on a phone I'd get a Samsung. At least then I know the phone doesn't have loads of Chinese back doors.

If you need more storage and For Safe offline storage, just use OTG cable to transfer them to a pendrive or HDD.

IR blaster is omitted by most manufacturers in their flasghips except the likes of Xiaomi.
                    Same with headphone jack.

Android Master, 28 May 2020Expensive! but the best phone on the market right now. " Best phone on the market right now " ???

Nah, an " android master " would definitely not say that and it is not the best phone for me or many others as it looks like you don't need safe ( MicroSD card ) offline storage , a wired ( 3.5mm ) jack headset or a convenient IR blaster which are key features.

" The Oppo Find X2 Pro costs a hefty £1,100 if you get it SIM free, so you might want to opt for a carrier deal. "

                        Carrier deal ???

" Carrier deals " always force and bind you to pay more than the sim free phone costs upfront...

Expensive! but the best phone on the market right now.

The lack of, (for me) dual SIM or at least the "option" to have it is a blunder for a £1099 phone. Such a pity.....

It’s available only in ceramic Black and Orange vegan leather (no Green yet).
Forgot the grey leather one. I got this one. As orange has a lot of gold around phone and rear camera and this makes it for girls or not real men. Ceramic is super but too heavy for me. Everything beyond 200grams is too much for a phone.

And it is worth every dollar of it's 1200usd pricetag. I compared it with P40pro, Mate30pro, s20 ultra. And I beat them. Also I am cooler under load, faster charge, lighter only 200grams for huge 6.7" screen.
Dolby stereo speakers. 1 billion color 120hz refresh rate 3K all time best screen. There is no phone comparable with find x2 pro's screen.

Also main camera is custom made by Sony. No other phone has this camera. Yes. Exclusivity. Camera and display and 65w charge with that double stacked battery and cool phone under load. All is exclusivity. Exclusive to find x2 pro!!

I got find x2 pro. You gotta try it. It is no joke!
