Samsung and other Korean companies manufacture a wide range of hardware to Apple from cpu,flash memory to display technology, and all of that of is built in China. Samsung changed the design of each Galaxy and bringing new technologies to the market. Apple is still stuck with 3.5 inch 640x960 display. By the time Apple release an iphone with 720p 4.5 inch, There will be 1080p Androids but that probably is not going to happen till at least another 5 years since Apple is allegedly planning to go with 3.9 inch displays.

Both Siri and S-Voice have said Windows Phone is the best. True, Windows Phone is the OS of the future with satisfaction ratings way beyond Android and Symbian.

It was inevitible.why am i not surprised?
apple are so afraid of competition.their innovation stopped after the first iphone.now that they can't compete they sue.
They've filed a second patent suit against htc too.
apple pls stop crying and start innovating.

Appple should stop acting out of desparation. Anyway american smartphone makers are always domed to fail, look at RIMM. Android handset is killing them...

soon apple will start taking people to court who buy samsung products. my finance teacher asked a question about apple today and CRAPPLE slipped out of my mouth instead of APPLE. cuz i hate apple so much

As a Banana i don't like Apple. Purely as a competing fruit. Apple tried to ban me because i am also a fruit. Because i also have skin. Because i am also sweet. Because girls like me more than apple. Because i am sexier than apple. Because Apple wants to be the only fruit available to humans. But i survived. Because people want diversity. They become sick from eating only apples. They become depressed.
So here it is: Dear Apple, you are a good fruit in your own right. But when you want to be the only fruit you make many people unhappy. And those people will not go shopping for apples when they want something different. Apple, please don't be like that. Fruit also have karma.

Really?? Apple doesnt have enough issues already... come on now if every company was to sue apple due to copyright issue they would be out of business!!!.... first apple owes money to nokia and sony because several patients that they stole!!!!... apple is like a republican.

Apple never accepts when other brands grow... there is bunch of headless people in the apple co. don't know what to do when their competitor is launching a better product than the one they have... except to find a loop hole and file a case.. shame on Apple.

They continue being sheep. Apple could sue Samsung saying that every aspect of their phone is a copy of Apple and then do the same to others and win. At this point a few more sheep would finally open their eyes but some how majority will still continue buying apple just saying well everyone shouldn't have copied. It's truly this bad.

What is the problem with Apple? Y cant they just come up with a product that can beat SG3, instead of blaming and filing suite against its top competitor. better work on your Spec, product and lastly listen to your customer for their expectation of your ext I-phone:)
