Some people are simply disappointed with the evolution of the Iphone while others are fine with where the Iphone is at nowadays. It's no mistake that many of the top end androids put the Iphone to shame (yes u can challenge me on some points here but the Iphone is outdated) . People simply want to Know that when they bought the Apple product that was claimed to be the best to be somewhere near the top. people will buy whatever Apple says is awesome and will defend their purchase to the death to justify their spending. even fans are feeling ripped off!

It is just a phone it'll be a slightly different black rectangle and the fAithful will buy it in their droves. I don't particularly want an iPhone but I wouldn't want to stop anyone having the choice. I don't want the company with the best lawyers being the only choice can't the fight be on a technical level not a legal one no matter who wins the patent battles the end consumer is being robbed of choice and people should choose which phone they prefer and not get all caught up in the android vs iOS bull! Just because I don't want an iPhone doesn't mean I am not interested in the tech if you don't keep watching other brands something cool might pass you by.

I really hope people wise up and slow down the support for apple. As it stands, they need a real lesson in respect as they have their heads in the clouds.
I hope the judge reverses the sentence and bans Apple products and forces them to temporarily disable their devices worldwide (sorry if you only own apple products). Apple seriously needs to cut it out with this banning stuff simply because they can't find anything new to innovate.
This isn't supporting Samsung because they need to learn to stop copying too but this suing game Apple is playing is getting ridiculous.
On topic:
if this is the new iPhone, they have officially lost the phone race.

-small diaplay.
-no blutooth.
-all better apps in ios are paid.
-no flash support.
-no service.
-use of itunes is necessary.
-low resale value.

C'mon it's not SO bad... I admit iPhone 4/4S design was better though. The thing is, it had such a small screen, especially nowadays 3,5 inches is small.
For the 5, I think at the time of realease it will look gorgeous no matter what, and Apple will be backing up its looks with lot and lot of software(and hardware)

I'm almost sure it wont be lookin' like that. The back panel could be indeed made of aluminium though - as they let us know some time ago. I also hope the screen wont be foolishly huge - I need a phone, a portable one, in my pocket, not a tablet to annoy me with its size. I need to be able to operate it with a single hand especially when I need my other hand to do various things - like driving for instance (:D yeah, I do that: I'm driving and using my phone in the same time ... I'm sorry officer =)) ) So I'm waiting for it.
