Not sure about buying this awesome device nor a SGS3.
Samsung and Motorola service centre in my area sucks.
But this device surely kick a** out of SGS3.
Now, my choice is SGS3, HTC One X, Moto Razr HD.
Or just wait for WP8

I tell u the moto plan they actually are and newer competing samsung or other as such their main target is apple and iphone. this phone will be coming with next iphone and moto next software update is due on 12 june ie ICS only a day after apple showing off something better.

Great audio, build quality, and overall feel. I never had a problem with Motorola, unlike with Samesung and others. So I will stay Motorola until the world ends. My Razr is amazing. Looking forward to the next one.

[deleted post]I don't think you understand. I woke up one morning to find that my Droid X had three large circles about the size of a dime each which are just dead pixels. When I brought my phone to Verizon they told me that even though I was only 6 months into my one year warranty this was a problem that would not be covered by the warranty because the dead pixels were a result of the phone overheating because I charged it overnight instead of just until the phone was charged. They also said that it was my fault because i used the phone cover they sold me and told me never to take off, which would most probably have made my phone overheat. Don't jump to conclusions, pal.

here's 5 reasons why one would buy this device:
1.design.motorola usually makes their flagship models pretty,with just the minimum borders on the frame(a matter of personal taste but anyway)
2.snapdragon S4 processor is a hell of a cpu,solid performer,with the best power management at this time,not to mention the SoC itself includes bluetooth wifi 3g/lte/gps/glonass etc circuits,on the same power efficient fabrication process,which will lead to more battery life while on bluetooth etc.
3.the bragging rights of a 13MP camera and hd screen on android..
4.the monster-of-a-battery 3300mah which means this baby will probably have insane battery life...
5.to top it all,this device has a kevlar coated backpanel,I mean,how cool is that!this piece of hardware would stop a bullet-it's a bulletproof smartphone WTF

They need to release the International version near the same time. I was interested in the RAZR Maxx but the International version came out six months later and I lost interest. The problem technology gets outdated very quickly so may be leading tech now but not for long.

Motorola SUCKS!!! I have had two fail on me, luckily one within the warranty period, and my buddies Atrix' screen is failing the same way my Milestone's did where the digitizer is failing. Don't buy Moto unless you enjoy faulty equipment and painfully slow updates.

This is quite good but the main camera looks somehow small(for the ignorants, i'm not talking about the number of megapixels but the camera itself)...

I can't wait for this phone. I was expecting Motorola wait for the Galaxy S3 annoncement to made his move after it, but in fact it seems not.
Late summer seems so far, to not change my crappy phone and dont change for another...
