I live in Sri Lanka a south Asian country nd I checked for the update! My pc companion say that I have the latest Update. :( I was counting days for ICS. bt I when it's out, I dnt get to have it! how come! :(

Updated my XMP 3 days ago...i dont have any problem with the keyboard...ui is smooth just like on the GB version...browser is much more better/faster...camera performs better/faster...battery is almost the same as on GB...played nova 3 and didnt encounter any lag...but the problem with the update is 720p video recording have frame skip and audio is recorded in mono (stereo on GB)....so far im very satisfied with the update but hoping sony to release a future update that will solve bugs on the current fw...

Hello to all,i want to buy the Xperia mini but i can't right now because of the big overheating issue i hope they release a fix for the severe overheating that suffers this phone please if you want to buy for your self this phone before that contact sony Ericsson asking by releasing the ics 4 to fix this problem
P.S. When overheating the touch buttons isn't controllable anymore please if you care and want to buy this phone do contact sony Ericsson letting know this problem so to fix it the already released fix doesn't solve anything!

Well I think SE Live With Walkman gets update earlierthan Mini Pro one. I got my Live update one day earlier than my brother's mini pro. So far we feel satisfied with the update. They both slower but much better in sound n camera quality..

This ICS update is really awesome,the QWERTY keyboard working smoothly and I very much impressed by this UI it is perfect and I think this is raw ics without any Sony enhancements...and I dont know how to activate Face unlock???anyone plz help me

Hello. The update is installed on my phone now & its working very smooth. Except,for some reason, the secondary camera is not available from main camera menu. Anyone else having this issue or am I missing something?

For Samsung only top range like S2 & Note getting ICS treatment, midrange phone consumer are immaterial to them. :-(

it is working perfect but the hardware keyboard is a bit wrong the letters are opposite the a is replaced with the q and vice versa and the z is replaced with the w and vice versa

updated day before yesterday.
It was lagging pathetically
Did a full reset of the phone, now its running equally smooth as gingerbread, if not faster.
very nicely implemented.
BUt I was hoping if Sony could enhance the music player a bit.
Same as previous one.
And basically, the same UI

After updating I have a problem. When using the physical QWERTY keyboard, it types Q instead of A, Z instead of W. It didn't happen when the phone was running gingerbread. Sony, please release a fix for this problem ASAP.
