Pros:
- Browser is faster.
- Camera & Video processing has improved
- Battery life improved (marginally)
- UI smoother than Gingerbread
- Inbuilt WiFi Data Monitor works perfect
Cons:
- Contacts/Phone screen lags big time
- LED Notifications do not come up for a SMS/Missed call

no no updates or update delayed, al people will says, why sony why dont you like hatc apple or other company?
and then sony updates their phone line : why sony battery live, not as smooth as before, hating the update.
you know what , you should be thankful because of the source code from sony youll get better custom and lighter ROM,stop b*thing, and do more reading on XDA, or get a better phone !

it sucks more baterry life, it drains quickly.. so i suggest not to update your phone you cant undo the update once you get ICS.. its not good

Guys i have updated to ICS but and everything running smoothly little bit laggy buts its ok.
I have very big problem when i type on my keyboard the button a type q and the button z type w and vice versa any 1 have this problem and how can i fix this plz help :( .

What about xperia mini? When will it get an update? They're basically the same phone, except without a qwerty keyboard on the mini

i updated my phone on 6th of june , since i updated my phone to ice cream sandwich 4.0.4, it is performing very nicely as of now i haven't seen any lag in it, the only problem is battery it drains very quickly, please help me. how to improve the battery life???????

if ur using bulk of apps and games dnt update to ICS ur fne performance will go low..it requires much ram..and the update cant be undo.
Also people complaining for update on their old Sony fnes they should try to install win7 on P2 processor 128mb ram..is it possible?? then why ur blaming company??
As an Engg. I knw thqt Sony is doing thete job well..nt yet excellent bt good enuf...thanks for update Sony.

I've updated my SE ray, it's snappier now with ICS (and yes, it's 'Sony' logo there),
overall it's all good, but I kinda missed something from earlier version : screenshot and direct search,
I can't find screenshot menu from power button, and I can't start searching, without getting to search widget.
I hope Sony will fix this soon

My SE Xperia Mini Pro is still running on Ginger Bread...No ICS update yet...Sony PC Companion says my device is up to date...:-(
