                For the sheer amount of android products out there, I believe that particular market is way to saturated to successfully get away with Charging that much for an android phone but then they have upped the storage and build material to ceramic, personally I would have liked to see a polished stainless steel frame, Gorilla Glass 6, better processor with A77 cores, perhaps a slightly bigger phone with a larger 6.7" display and battery than the standard P40 Pro for the price it would certainly stood out far more, but for 1300 you get 512GB of storage, a ceramic rear and despite the extra zoom focal length at 10x you technically only get an additional 3x Optical zoom lens, simply so the jump from 1x to 10x isnt so jarring, but again 1300 smacked for this phone...No

                    Keep them in China at those high prices!!!

                      Huawei has only few options to solve this. Either they reach an agreement with Trump (which i doubt because what Trump wants and Tim Cook wants is Huawei not selling more than Apple and getting more market share because Huawei has proved that they can defeat Apple and Samsung in sales numbers.
                      Or else the HMS is as good as the GMS with the same apps present.

                      Failing to do this, they will fail in the West. Will only sell good in China.

                            Too expensive, lets not forget the obtrusive punch hole, plus its too expensive without GMS and the zoom is 8.5x

                                Buying any Huawei phone outside China is wasting money. It will happen same scenario like with Windows Pone. Huawei has less than a year to get Google back or to make Huawei Mobile Services competitie with Google. Huawei has great camera and EMUI is amazing. I have Huawei P20 and next phone will be Huawei P30 because P30 has GMS and phone is up to 150mm in length or maybe I go for Samsung S10e. Phones today are to big.

                                  If the only problem that is added to this phone is the no GMS, these are installed without any problem as I have them in my Mate 30 Pro since Decembrer, 2019.
