Because it only came out in January I waited a couple of months for the price to get a little lower I paid $444 for it and now they do this to me I have the 855 chip now they're going to use the 865 chip!!!!!! Freaking Samsung is really pushing it,! I love my phone but now this! One UI 2.5???are they kidding!
Mine came One UI 2 out the box!!! It just came out 6mos ago and it's obsolete!
LOL.... I swear I'm calling Samsung!
Has anyone ever done that? They are just getting out of hand with these models, the only thing that really bothers me is the plastic back it is so cheesy I mean it's plastic plastic!

even if it has no 3.5mm jack, no expandable memory, no optical zoom, i would still prefer to buy a reliable samsung device with snapdragon 865 under the hood. in its price range, it is gonna be the best option. just launch it before not 20 though.

The S10 lite is a great phone for the price and Samsung should consider that as a benchmark for the lite Flagships.
For the S20 lite Samsung should have:
1. The same Polycarbonate Material.
2. Lower refresh rate of 60hz. And the lower HD+ resolution.
3. Only 2 cameras, but they need to be tuned extremely well. Maybe the new 50MP GN1 and the older 12MP camera. One wide and one regular. Camera should be the Main Focus, and everything else should be secondary.
4. Have it with the Snapdragon 865, and try and Improve the Processing just a little bit better, with lesser noise reduction and slightly lower contrast and saturation in photos. Samsung should eventually introduce Profiles like on ILCs (Natural, Vivid, Portrait etc).
5. Forget IP rating.
6. The 32MP front camera with an f2 lens.
7. A $500 price tag.
8. Maybe get the headphone jack back.

M... moreAs much as I dislike crapple, you can't include Apple in the sentence Look at how many phones they release a year. 3 at MAX ? Whereas companies like Samsung, Huawei, Honor, Realme, Oppo. They're releasing entry phones, mid tier and flagship phones in regions that are exclusive to them. For example, Realme launched the Narzo series in India but here in the UK and Europe, there's a big chance we won't get them, models.

I think this phone could have a pop-up selfie camera, four rear cameras, a bigger screen (of course) and 8 gb of minimum ram. This could be the phone everyone is looking now for everything they want.

S10 Lite was the only saving grace of Samsung. It's not the best, but it's certainly very good and it seems to offer more value than the rubbish S20. I hope S20 Lite can use SD865 as said and improve its camera. If Samsung decides to switch back to Exynos then it's DOA.

Redmi K20 Pro is available for less than 400 dollars. Realme X2 Pro is also available at much cheaper price tags. We don't need high priced flagships really. Hopefully One Plus Z will create havoc everywhere it launches with its price tag just like One Plus One and One Plus 3T did. 5G is just launched. You will have to wait for it to get blanket coverage. So no use of snapdragon 865 too.
