OLED technology improves every year just like the IPS LCD displays.... Yeah, the biggest risk about OLED displays are burn-ins but that's becoming less of an issue now, same goes LCD light bleeding.

Oled is good for watching for videos, movies... But still not good for design, video editing...

It's not a matter of who has the best display, it's about who choose the best display. For these flagship tablets that focus on productivity (not that it's going to replace a pc anytime soon), Lcd is a better choice than Oled, you get better color accuracy and no low brightness issues. So I think Samsung should put amoled displays on their mid-range tablets (mainly destined for media consumption), and get some good quality Lcds for their flagship tablets, and not the other way around.

Apple was even forced to apologies to Samsung about the whole debacle. The fact that Apple's lobbyists runs the US FCC and sets the "laws" they can abuse in America is completely unrelated and on par with what a country like China would do to "win".
