I'm kinda used to the PS4 UI so I'm gonna have to get used to the new PS5 one

Crackling Doom, 16 Jun 2020I'm not sure your understand what a "teaser" means. To CRACKLING DOOM:

I do understand but trust me that was like a pinch. It would have been nice to even see a 1 second glimpse of the standby screen.

There will always be the "complainers".
If Microsoft will use that classic look: "Oh, the design is so boring and not appealing, looks like a PC"
If Sony will use this futuristic design: "Oh, it looks too bold, it looks like a toy, it is too white, etc."
I am sure Sony had multiple designs to work with. Usually is like this with the design team of a product. Probably, they went with this look, also because of the Xbox Series X. If you look closely, the PS5 is 100% different than Xbox Series X, and that what Sony wanted. To appeal to the way people look at these two consoles: "You don't like that boring look of the Xbox Series X, come try this gorgeous futuristic PS5 design. Isn't it great, look at it".

That wasn't even a teaser that was more like a wink. As soon as the button was pressed the video ended.

Sony should have a variety of colors that are based on the four seasons in Japan.

I personally love the design, its big, its bold, its futuristic, I like the refreshed colour scheme as well, black is a good safe colour but we always have black consoles, this beauty stands out from the crowd, design and taste is subjective so obviously not to everyones cup of tea, and I am sure they will release a black version at some point, all the consoles get refreshes/paint schemes and redesigns during their lifespans, this will no doubt become smaller in 3 years or so, i wish I could have just the digital model, but internet speeds in my area are not the best regardless of package, I cant imagine downloading 100GB games, it would take days to be ready to play, the games are also not cheaper online, and there is no resale value in digital only content

I want to know what their DRM policy will be for physical copies and used physical copies.

Also, if you are forced to connect it to the internet. Anyone?
