This don't make no sense I myself have said handicap I need my phone and I bet no one is going to give us no credit towards us being without our phone but then they want to charge us full price which don't make no sense y'all need to get it right Metro by T-Mobile it's very silly when you can text but then you got to use WhatsApp hang out although Duo and those other ones we're not paying for those why do we have to use those we paying for Metro T-Mobile Sprint Verizon and so on and so on that's not cool y'all need to get it right if we was behind and I'll build y'all would have cut us off now we need some credit we're going to this foolishness

I have 4 lines and all of them been in/out of service most of the day ... It's crazy should we get a credit on next month bill.. I think so..missing important phone calls that's not right

I am in the Dallas Area and have been down since 11:00am CST time which has been a major impact on my workday I have Urgent order that have not been processed which has made a major impact on my job and customers. T-Mobile can't seem to be able after 10 Hrs of this outage be able to yet provide any answers to how , when or why this this will be resolved or why this happen and what they plan to do to retain their customers after this.

no advance notice nothing it saddens me to see the distruction of metro pcs. i left the greedy slimy tmobile years ago to gt with metro i guess now im going to have to find a different carrier

I understand the occasional outages. But this is ridiculous. I have bitcoin that I need to turn into cash and I cant without a code that gets texted to me. If I lose money because of this I will go to Metro in the morning and raise some he11!!!!!
